Turkey, camembert and cranberry pizza

Homemade pizza is so much healthier for you than dial in and what could be nicer than turkey, camembert and cranberry?
Per pizza: 1579kj (376cals); 9.8g total fat (5.5g saturated fat); 4g fibre

You’ll need

4 x 60g lite wholemeal pita bread
Olive oil spray
6 tbsp cranberry sauce
1 small garlic clove, minced
80g camembert, sliced and torn
200g lean shaved turkey breast
8 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 cup rocket leaves

Let’s go

Heat oven to 200°C and line 2 oven trays with baking paper. Place pita bread on trays and spray lightly with oil.

Mix cranberry sauce with garlic and smear onto the pita bread. Top with camembert, shaved turkey and finish with a sprinkling of parmesan. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden and the cheese has melted.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle over rocket leaves and serve.

 

Why it’s good for you
Sometimes I just need pizza and I need it quickly so I use lite wholemeal pita bread. SO much better than reaching for the phone to dial in! This lovely pizza uses lean shaved turkey and a few lovely toppings to make it special. Beautiful.
