Marinade – Thai

Exotic blend of coriander, garlic, fish sauce and peanut oil.
Fantastic for: pork, chicken, fish. For 500-700gms meat/fish.

Per serve: 115.1kj (27.4cals); 1.9g total fat (0.3g saturated fat); 0.1g fibre

You’ll need

1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp caster sugar
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 tsp freshly grated ginger
½ tsp sesame oil
2 tsp peanut oil
1 tbsp water

Let’s go

Mix together and massage into the meat. Marinate for as long as you can, but if you just don’t have time get it onto the meat and let it sit while you turn the barbeque on and make the salad.
