Marinade – Red Wine


Big flavour blend of Worcestershire Sauce, red wine, garlic and rosemary.
Fantastic for: lamb, beef. For 500-800gms meat.

Per serve: 142kj (33.8cals); 2.3g total fat (0.3g saturated fat); 0.2g fibre


You’ll need

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup red wine
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp roughly chopped rosemary
Ground black pepper

Let’s go

Mix together and massage into the meat. Marinate for as long as you can, but if you just don’t have time get it onto the meat and let it sit while you turn the barbeque on and make the salad.
