Marinade – Greek

Lovely mediterranean blend of white wine, fennel, garlic, lemon and olive oil.
Fantastic for lamb, chicken, fish. For 500-800gms meat/fish.

Per serve: 128kj (30.5cals); 2.3g total fat (0.3g saturated fat); 0.2g fibre

You’ll need

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp bruised fennel seeds
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup white wine

Let’s go

Mix together and massage into the meat. Marinate for as long as you can, but if you just don’t have time get it onto the meat and let it sit while you turn the barbeque on and make the salad.
