Don’t Miss Out on Creamy Satay!

You don’t need to miss out on a lovely creamy satay sauce just because you’re trying to be good and want to keep it light. This lovely dish is loaded with vegetables and rice noodles with one of the best creamy satay sauces EVER! Not too peanutty, not too creamy but just right.

Add a little protein

I like to keep this dish super light and make it only with vegetables but it would also be lovely with a little protein like tofu (for the vegetarian option) or lean chicken breast, pork fillet, prawns or fish. To keep it light I would add about 70 grams of lean protein per person.

Low carb option

Forgo the noodles altogether and up the protein to about 120g per person.
