In the mood for Sesame Prawn Skewers

There’s nothing better than seafood in the warmer months, right? It’s light and tasty and goes with just about everything. Except ice-cream, not sure about seafood and ice-cream….

These skewers are no exception. Wonderful for a quick mid-week meal and perfect on the barbeque, these tasty prawny little numbers will soon become a fave. I’ve used sesame oil because I can’t get enough of that nutty sesame flavour, but feel free to use any oil you like. I’ve also thrown in a large garlic clove as I don’t seem to be able to eat a meal without garlic, well that and it goes so well with prawns.

Serve these skewers with anything you like – a simple salad, noodles or just on their own. Yum!
